During the course of the recent Connected retreat for infants with disabilities and their parents, all parents were invited to a captivating lecture by Dr. Yuval Lapid on the topic of integrating faith with professional tools that fortify a person physically, emotionally and spiritually. Many parents enthusiastically expressed that this was the first time they received such clear instructions and precise tools that empowered them to face the enormous challenges of raising an infant with disabilities. Dr. Yuval Lapid is a world-renowned lecturer on the topic of professional counseling and emotional support, and both he and his wife are active partners and patrons of Connected’s international efforts.
